The Esprit one-bedroom unit offers a stunning departure from the other condo's in the complex. It has a beautiful Noce tiled floor, colorful walls, granite kitchen and bathroom counters, gourmet cooking appliances, and a nice "touch of class" to enjoy your relaxing Palm Springs holiday.

Available for 6-month or annual lease, furnished or unfurnished.

If you want a furnish 1-bedroom, this is what you get:

The one bedroom has a new queen-sized, top of the line bed. The bedroom has a door to a large bathroom with two individual sinks, although the bathroom can also be reached from the living room for any guest. The bedroom is fully carpeted. It has two dressers, enough to hold all of your belongings, so you don't have to live out of a suitcase.

The living room offers Ethan-Allen sofa and furniture, and the sofa has a pull-out bed for any overnight guests.

The dining room table can grow to seat all you invite over to enjoy your gourmet cooking, or can be used for a friendly game of cards.

The kitchen has a brand-new oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice-maker.  The kitchen is complete with all the cooking utensils, dishes, and appliances you would expect an upscale condo to have.

This one-bedroom also has a twin washer/dryer is also in your condo to wash any clothes as required.

Have a computer? Enjoy WiFi connection to a cable modem at no extra charge, or walk to Starbucks, get some coffee, and connect to their WiFi (although Starbuck's uses T-Mobile which costs about $40/month). Or, just use the coffee maker in your condo, turn on your computer on the balcony, or down at the pool, and enjoy the free WiFi that comes with your unit.

This one-bedroom has a patio and is on the ground floor, very close to parking, so you don't have to carry luggage or groceries very far at all.

Actually, it is a very comfortable recliner!	New cookware, upgraded coffee maker, blender, toaster; convection oven, granite countertops, special window treatments, tile flooring, oversized washer/ dryer, new upgraded queen bed, Ethan-Allen couch/ sleeper. New 27" TV, available alarm system, updated bedding, and much more! This is NOT our regular old stale Palm Springs rental, but a new, fresh, professionally decorated condo with an owner that cares!
	A nice corner patio, lots of grass along side your patio, close to your parked car so you don't have to lug groceries or luggage far...this is my favorite condo to get away, enjoy the peace it provides, yet have the most luxurious condo in the entire complex surrounding you.  Relax, play tennis, swim, golf, sit in the Jacuzzi, and meet all the friendly folks that stay at Esprit.
